Staff Vacancies

BeTo Solutions are recruiting for new staff that are committed to supporting adults with learning disabilities and working to maximise their independence, communication and social skills.

All current vacancies are listed below.

Support Workers

at Jolly House and OpaLS House

We currently have vacancies for dynamic and caring individuals to work in supported living homes based in Romford and Hornchurch. We are looking to recruit full/part time staff to support delightful young adults with learning disabilities in a supported living property.  This is an opportunity for you to make a huge difference to people’s lives.

You will be part of a small team that delivers community based social care to each of the young people. Your role will be to support the young adults to lead fulfilling lives with the maximum of independence, both in their home and in the wider community. Support can include help with accessing social and leisure activities, support with developing daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and shopping and maintaining their individual tenancies, accessing healthcare, support with personal care and with money management and budgeting.

You will be expected to work some weekends and one/two paid sleep-ins per week. Shifts will require flexibility as you will need to be able to work early mornings and late into the evening. Do you want to make that difference and be involved in helping the young people to achieve their full potential?

Applications for cover staff are welcome. Please make this clear on your application form.
